SAP Joule is officially available as a Custom Engine Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot!

With this setup:
👉 You can invoke Joule directly from Microsoft 365 Copilot or Teams using @mention or the agent panel.
👉 Joule respects your SAP permissions — responses are based on your user roles and access rights.
👉 You get contextual SAP data responses inside Microsoft chat, streamlining your workflow.
👉 Some visual elements (SVGs, advanced UI cards, and long tables) may redirect users to the Joule Web Client due to formatting limitations.
Prerequisites:
✔️ You have at least one SAP business tenant (Such as SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Private Cloud) integrated with Joule.
✔️ You have set up trust between Entra and IAS.
✔️ All users that shall be able to use Joule from within Microsoft Copilot have been created / replicated to the SAP Cloud Identity Services User Store.
✔️ You have a Microsoft M365 Copilot license and rolled out M365 Copilot to the intended user base.
