If you use SAP SuccessFactors Cross-System Workflow, I would ask one question now:
What in our BTP landscape still depends on it?
SAP ended maintenance for Cross-System Workflow for SAP SuccessFactors Solutions on May 15, 2026.
The implementation can include SAP Cloud Integration flows, SAP Build Process Automation content and the Cross-System Workflow worklist.
Two things I would search for immediately in Cloud Integration:
• Replicate Workflow Activity Events from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP Cloud Integration
• Replicate Workflow Activity Events from SAP Cloud Integration to SAP Build Process Automation
The Cross-System Workflow content package itself will also be removed from SAP Business Accelerator Hub and SAP Build Store.
SAP’s deprecation notice does not name a direct replacement.
So my check would be:
Inventory the dependency. Understand the business process behind it. Decide what replaces it.
